By accessing and using the Site, you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety in addition to any other law or regulation that applies to the Site, the Internet, and/or the World Wide Web. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, please leave the Site.
Ownership of content
The Site is owned and operated by DOZZE.
All the content featured or displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software (“Content”), is owned by Dozze, its licensors and/or its content providers. All elements of the Site including, but not limited to, the general design and the content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.
Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with Dozze, no portion or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and the Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Dozze or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Dozze promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable at purchase. Please note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the product.
Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint are not cause for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they come from ordinary use of the product. Intentional damage to and misuse of the product can avoid the warranty. Specifically, concerning ............., any possible deformation or flaw coming from placing it in the freezer or washing it in the dishwashing machine will also avoid the warranty. Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.
With regard to ................, general wear, including (but not limited to) the breakdown of colours and materials over time, is not considered a manufacturing defect. To make a warranty claim, please use the widget Support -> Contact Us, selecting Type of Request -> Warranty, including pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. Our Team will respond within five business days.
Returns and refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us like-new condition, and we will accept a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. You will receive a refund in the cost price of the product. The shipping costs both for receiving and sending back the goods are charged to the customer. For information and details about withdrawal conditions, please use the widget Support -> Contact Us, selecting Type of Request -> Return. The refund policy does not apply to personalized items.
Shipping costs will appear during the checkout process. The parcel will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the payment’s verification. International Shipping Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches the destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the receiver and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location. Usually, it takes from 48 to 72 hours to deliver.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering on www.24bottles.com, client/customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are applied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; 24Bottles has no control over these charges, nor can 24Bottles predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
