Care & Cleaning

Want to take the best care possible of your DOZZE products? Here are a few ways to help keep your products in good shape, clean and ready to use:

How to care for your DOZZE drinkware:
  • After purchasing, remove and read all inserts from your product before use.
  • Wash the water bottle or tumbler and the lid and straw prior to the first use.
  • Do not place DOZZE products in the microwave or freezer. This could damage both the appliance and the product.
  • Check to make sure lids are properly screwed on or pressed down before drinking.
  • DOZZE water bottles and tumblers are top-rack dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended as the dishwasher uses harsher detergents and hot water that may affect the appearance of your product.
  • Stainless steel straws are dishwasher friendly
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers since they may dull the finish.
  • Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any parts of the product.
  • Use caution when drinking hot beverages, and do not overfill. Hot beverages can cause injury if spilled.
  • Use caution when opening hot beverages or carbonated beverages. Pressure can build without room to escape.
How to clean your DOZZE drinkware:
  • Wash well with warm, soapy water before using for the first time.
  • Read care instructions for your drinkware vessel and instructions inserted into the water bottle or tumbler at time of purchase.
  • Soak bottles or tumblers in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes. Then, scrub the bottle with a DOZZE Silicone Cleaning Brush and rinse thoroughly. Set aside and allow to dry thoroughly.
  • Store lids separately from bottles or tumblers to allow air to circulate while storing.
