Ordes

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can make changes to your order within the first 30 minutes by clicking the blue Edit/View Order button in your order confirmation email. From there, you can update your payment method, add discount codes, change items, adjust quantities, and edit your shipping address. If you need to cancel, we can help within the first hour after your order is placed. After that, cancellations aren’t guaranteed due to the backend systems we use to process orders quickly.

Where can you ship to?

We offer express shipping on all orders within Cyprus & Greece. We also ship internationally via Post.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Express delivery via ACS Courier & BOX NOW
  • Delivery: Next working day
  • Free shipping on orders over €40
  • Orders under €40: €2.99

🇬🇷 Greece

  • Express delivery via BOX NOW
  • Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Free shipping on orders over €80
  • Orders under €80: €2.99

🌍 International

  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout
  • Delivery time depends on destination
When will my order ship?

We typically allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it ships. Personalised items take a little extra time, so please allow up to 5 business days for those. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way!

Will I receive notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes, we will send you an email as soon as your order is shipped.

How long will shipping take?

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it typically arrives in the next working day within Cyprus and 2-3 days to Greece. For international order this will depend on the country of destination.

What if my package is missing or delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, start by checking your tracking link for updates. If it shows as delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with your carrier. If you still can’t locate your package, please submit your request within the contact us page and our team will happy to help!

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! You can ship directly to your recipient by entering their address at checkout. We don’t include pricing information in any packages.

At this time, we don’t offer gift notes or messaging options, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Most items purchased on dozzeshop.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised products aren’t eligible for return. Large or frequent returns may also be subject to a restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once your return has been approved by our team. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund and depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I return personalised or custom items?

Personalised and custom products are made just for you, so they aren’t eligible for return or exchange. If your personalised item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our team and we’ll make it right.

How can I tell if a lid or accessory will fit my product?

Each accessory’s product page lists compatibility details in the Key Features section. Some lids work across multiple collections, while others are made specifically for one type of product. If you can’t find the information you need, our support team will be happy to help!

Customisation

What customisation options do you offer?

We offer laser engraving on DOZZE tumblers and Water bottles with the following options:

  • Text engraving (Horizontal or Vertical)
  • Image engraving (choose from our available categories) with Optional text below the image (e.g., name, date, short phrase)
How much does engraving cost?

Engraving costs €10 per side.

  • Front side engraving: €10
  • Back Sside engraving: €10

    If you engrave both sides, the total customisation cost is €20.
Can I engrave both the front and back?

Yes. You can choose one side or both sides.
If you select both, you can engrave different designs (e.g., image on the front and name/text on the back).

What kind of text can I engrave?

You can engrave:

  • Names
  • Short phrases
  • Dates
  • Team names / roles

Text can be placed horizontally or vertically depending on the style you choose.
(Tip: shorter text looks cleaner and more premium.)

Can I upload my own logo or image?

At the moment, we offer engraving using images from our available categories.
For custom logos or special requests (corporate orders), contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible based on your design and quantity.

How long does custom engraving take?

Custom engraved orders require an estimated preparation and shipping time is 2–5 business days.

Can I return or exchange an engraved product?

Because custom engraved items are made just for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error from our side.

Payment Options

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Revolut Pay.

Can I choose to pay with Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we accept payments via Cash on Delivery only for orders within Cyprus.

Is there an extra charge if I choose payment via Cash on Delivery? 

Yes, if your choose to pay via Cash on Delivery there is an extra charge of €0,99.
