- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help
- If your order has already shipped, changes may not be possible (carrier restrictions apply)
- The quickest way is to email us at info@dozzeshop.com with your order number and the updated pick-up/locker preference

- Select Pick up from ACS Store or Pick up from ACS Locker or Pick up from BOX NOW Locker
- Pick your preferred location from the dropdown list
- Proceed to checkout and complete your order
- You’ll receive tracking + locker instructions once your order ships
How do I choose my locker in Greece?
- Choose Greece as your delivery location at the cart page
- Select your preferred BOX NOW Locker
- Continue to checkout and complete your order
- You’ll receive tracking + locker instructions once your order ships
What happens if I don’t collect my order from the pick-up point / locker?
- If an order is not collected, the courier may return it to us after their holding period
- If this happens, contact us and we’ll advise the next steps (re-delivery may require an additional shipping charge)
Lost or stolen packages
- DOZZE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier using your tracking information to request more details or file a claim.
- Once the carrier confirms it was not delivered to your shipping address, we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund, excluding a €5 shipping & handling fee
