DOZZE Mystery Box – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of the DOZZE Mystery Box and the promotional scratch card included inside each eligible DOZZE Mystery Box.

By purchasing a DOZZE Mystery Box, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Territory

The DOZZE Mystery Box promotion is valid in Cyprus and Greece only.

3. Eligible Purchases

A DOZZE Mystery Box purchased through:

  • the official DOZZE online store, or

  • the Jinius marketplace

may include:

  • DOZZE products selected by DOZZE,

  • DOZZE limited edition T-shirt,

  • DOZZE stickers,

  • DOZZE Cap, 

  • Jinius coupon,

  • and one (1) scratch card.

Only one (1) scratch card is included per Mystery Box.

Mystery Boxes made available through other sales channels or retail partners are not part of this promotion unless expressly stated by DOZZE.

4. Promotion Period

The DOZZE Mystery Box promotion is valid while stocks last.

All benefits, discounts and promotional codes printed on the scratch cards must be redeemed by 30 September 2026, unless otherwise stated.

5. Mystery Box Contents

Each Mystery Box contains a surprise assortment selected by DOZZE. The exact contents of each box may vary.

Mystery Box contents are random and may differ from box to box. Product colours, models and combinations are selected at DOZZE’s discretion.

Images used in advertising, mockups, social media or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact contents of every box.

6. Scratch Card Mechanics

Every DOZZE Mystery Box includes one (1) scratch card.

Each scratch card is a winning card and will award one of the following:

  • Free Personalisation credit worth €10 on a next DOZZE order 

  • 15% off a next DOZZE order 

  • €5 off a next DOZZE order 

  • €200 travel voucher prize

Each scratch card contains a unique code. Each unique code:

  • may be used once only

  • is intended for one customer only

  • is valid until 30 September 2026, unless otherwise stated

  • cannot be combined with other DOZZE discount codes or promotional offers, unless expressly stated by DOZZE

7. Discount and Prize Details

7.1 €10 Personalisation Credit

The €10 personalisation credit may be used toward personalisation services on a future DOZZE order, up to a maximum value of €10.

If the personalisation service selected exceeds €10, the customer must pay the difference.

This benefit:

  • is valid once only

  • may not be exchanged for cash

  • may not be combined with other discount codes

  • expires on 30 September 2026

7.2 15% Off Prize

The 15% off prize:

  • is valid on all DOZZE products

  • has no minimum spend

  • is valid once only

  • may not be combined with other discount codes or promotions

  • expires on 30 September 2026

7.3 €5 Off Prize

The €5 off prize:

  • is valid on all DOZZE products

  • has no minimum spend

  • is valid once only

  • may not be combined with other discount codes or promotions

  • expires on 30 September 2026

7.4 €200 Travel Voucher Prize

Two scratch cards will award a €200 travel voucher from Taxidoefkeries.

Important:

  • the prize is a voucher, not cash

  • the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash

  • the voucher may be used toward a higher-value purchase, in which case the winner is responsible for paying any difference

  • the voucher is subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions

  • the voucher expiry date is [INSERT CONFIRMED DATE]

  • the winner must contact DOZZE and provide the winning code in order to claim the prize

DOZZE reserves the right to request reasonable verification before issuing or validating the travel voucher prize.

8. How to Redeem

DOZZE discount or credit prizes

For scratch cards awarding:

  • €10 personalisation credit

  • 15% off

  • €5 off

the unique code printed on the scratch card must be entered at checkout on the DOZZE online store before 30 September 2026.

€200 travel voucher prize

If the scratch card awards a €200 travel voucher prize, the winner must contact DOZZE at info@dozzeshop.com or call us at 70087838 and provide:

  • full name

  • order number

  • a clear photo of the winning scratch card

  • the unique winning code

DOZZE may request additional information reasonably required to verify the claim.

If a winner does not contact DOZZE and complete the verification process by 30 September 2026, the prize may be forfeited.

9. Jinius Coupons

Any Jinius coupon included in the Mystery Box is subject to separate Jinius terms and conditions.

DOZZE is not responsible for:

  • the redemption process of the Jinius coupon

  • any expiry date, spend threshold or other restrictions imposed by Jinius

  • any technical or operational issues relating to the use of the Jinius coupon

Customers should refer to the applicable Jinius terms for full details.

10. Lost, Shared, Damaged or Misused Cards

Scratch cards are the customer’s responsibility once delivered.

DOZZE will not replace scratch cards that are:

  • lost

  • discarded

  • destroyed

  • shared by the customer with third parties

  • scratched incorrectly by the customer

  • used without the customer’s permission after the customer has disclosed the code

If a customer shares or exposes a unique code and that code is redeemed by another person first, DOZZE shall have no liability to issue a replacement code, replacement scratch card or alternative compensation.

If the QR code does not work, customers may contact DOZZE using the contact details provided on the card or on the DOZZE website.

11. Fraud, Tampering and Abuse

DOZZE reserves the right to reject, cancel or invalidate any claim, code, order or prize where it reasonably suspects:

  • fraud

  • tampering

  • copying

  • duplication

  • unauthorized resale

  • alteration of the scratch card

  • misuse of the promotion

  • any conduct contrary to these Terms & Conditions

Any scratch card or code that is altered, illegible, copied, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise not genuine shall be void.

DOZZE’s decision on the validity of any scratch card, code or claim shall be final, subject to applicable law.

12. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

The DOZZE Mystery Box is a limited promotional product with random contents.

Because the Mystery Box includes a scratch card and promotional benefits, any scratch card prize, code, discount, credit or benefit becomes automatically void if the related order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise unwound, including where a customer seeks to return the Mystery Box.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory rights of withdrawal, cancellation, refund, replacement or statutory guarantee that may apply in Cyprus, Greece or under EU law. (European Union)

If a Mystery Box is lawfully returned or refunded under applicable law:

  • any used, redeemed or claimed scratch card benefit will be void

  • DOZZE may cancel related discount codes or prizes

  • if a prize has already been used, DOZZE reserves the right to deduct its value from any refund where permitted by law

13. Prize Substitution and Availability

If any advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond DOZZE’s reasonable control, DOZZE reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, where reasonably necessary.

14. Publicity

By accepting a major prize, including the €200 travel voucher prize, the winner agrees that DOZZE may request permission to publish limited winner details for promotional purposes, such as:

  • first name

  • city

  • social media content or winner content

Any such publication will be subject to the winner’s consent where required by law.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOZZE shall not be liable for:

  • lost, stolen or misused scratch cards

  • codes redeemed by third parties after being disclosed by the customer

  • technical failures outside DOZZE’s reasonable control

  • third-party services, products or vouchers, including Jinius coupons or third-party travel voucher providers

  • delays, interruptions or errors affecting the promotion where caused by events beyond DOZZE’s reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

16. Data Protection

Any personal data collected in connection with the Mystery Box promotion or prize redemption will be processed by DOZZE in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the DOZZE Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be used only as reasonably necessary for:

  • administering the promotion

  • verifying prize claims

  • contacting winners

  • complying with legal obligations

17. Amendments

DOZZE reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory issues, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond DOZZE’s reasonable control.

Any such changes will be posted on this page.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.
