Eligibility for Returns

• All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
• All returned merchandise must have not been used, altered, damaged, or washed, and returned in its original packaging for return or exchange.
• Customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned.
• Merchandise damaged due to manufacturer’s defect may be eligible for replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Label Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will assist you with a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees).
