Delivery FAQs

  • Choosing a pickup option (Cyprus):
    Cyprus orders can be collected from ACS Courier Store, ACS Smart Locker, or BOX NOW Locker. Choose your preferred option and location at the cart page before checkout.

  • Choosing a locker (Greece):
    Greece orders are delivered to a BOX NOW Locker. Choose your preferred locker at the cart page before checkout.

  • Changing your pickup point / locker:
    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes may not be possible due to courier restrictions.

  • Uncollected orders:
    Uncollected orders may be returned to us after the courier holding period. If this happens, please contact us and we’ll advise next steps. Re-delivery may require an additional shipping charge.

  • Lost or delivered-but-not-received packages:
    If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier using your tracking details to request more information or file a claim. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund, excluding a €5 shipping & handling fee.
