Warranty
DOZZE stands strongly behind the creative design, outstanding quality and exceptional craftsmanship that goes into every product. In order to give you the best hydration experience, we offer a limited one-year warranty on all Dozze products purchased from dozzeshop.com or any authorised dealers.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
- DOZZE will not accept a warranty claim if the product:
(i) has evidence of excessive wear or misuse;
(ii) purchased from the unauthorized dealer;
(iii) has damages or defects caused by alterations, modifications, cleaning or disassembly. - Please note that DOZZE does not tolerate warranty abuse. The manufacturer’s warranty does not mean that you can abuse your DOZZE product and expect us to replace it for free. Normal wear and tear such as paint chips, dents from drops, broken glass and caps from events of theft, loss, drops or any other improper use of the product, operation instructions or care instructions within packaging (Dishwashing, etc.) is not covered within the warranty. We reserve the right to request proof of defective products if the warranty claim is filed.
- If a manufacturer defect is deemed appropriate, DOZZE will replace your product with the same or similar product at DOZZE’s option for FREE after a visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, please make sure to let us know the order number when filing for a return or refund.
