Thank you for shopping with us here at DozzeShop.com. We are doing our best to make sure the items get shipped to you as soon as possible. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed on DozzeShop.com. We’ll begin processing the shipping within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification to track your order.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:


Shipping to Cyprus:

Express Shipping is offered to ALL orders in Cyprus.

We will ship your DOZZE products with ACS Courier to the closest store of the shipping address you have already provided us.

FREE Express Shipping is offered to all orders above €20.

Shipping cost for orders less than €20 is €3.


International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped by post and the shipping cost depends on the country of destination. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

DOZZE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is noted as delivered and you have not received it, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with the tracking information to obtain more information or to file a claim. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to the customer's shipping address, we will replace your item(s) or issue a refund, excluding a €5 shipping and handling fees.
